The TT220X series consist of 2 products, one for resistance sensors and one for thermocouple sensors. They are both approved to ATEX and IECEx standards allowing for use in hazardous area applications. The TT200X series are designed for use with RTD / Slidewire, or thermocouple sensors. Other sensor characteristics or your own 22 point linearisation characteristic (for slidewire, linear resistance or mV) can be downloaded into the product enabling you to adapt it exactly to your application.
The SEM210 is a universal programmable temperature transmitter which accepts most commonly used Pt100, thermocouple, mV and slide-wire sensors and generates an industry standard (4 to 20) mA transmission signal. This type of product is useful if you use a number of different sensors; you only need to hold one product in stock. The output range and other operating parameters are easily programmed using our free software and USB powered configurator. Isolation is a standard feature to overcome any potential ground loop effects and a sensor referencing facility enables the transmitter to be calibrated to a particular sensor.
The SEM1801/2XR ‘smart’ transmitter is designed for use with RTD or Slidewire sensors and converts the sensor signal into an industry standard (4 to 20) mA loop powered output. Pt100, 500, 1000, Ni, Cu sensors and Slide wire sensors up to 100 K Ohms can be accommodated. Other sensor characteristics or your own 22 point linearisation characteristic (for slidewire or linear resistance) can be downloaded into the product enabling it to be adapted exactly to your application. The product also has a calibrate function where the output can be aligned to the input signal. The SEM1801/2XR is approved to ATEX and IECEx standards allowing for use in hazardous area applications.
The SEM1801/2XTC Din rail temperature transmitter accepts thermocouple temperature sensors and converts the sensor output over a configured range to a standard industrial (4 to 20) mA transmission signal. Two versions are available; single or dual channel ATEX / IECEx approved for hazardous areas. PC configuration allows the user to select TC type, Range, Filter, units, linearisation and Burnout direction, without requiring calibration equipment. The product also has a calibrate function where the output can be aligned to the input signal.
