TxIsoRail is fully programmable isolated temperature transmitters dedicted to Pt100 and thermocouple industrial sensors. TxIsoRail is a DIN rail mount unit. Both units can be easily user configured for input type and working range by means of an interface cable connected to a PC USB port.
Why use isolated transmitters?
Isolated transmitters protect the electrical instruments by eliminating ground loop effects and reduce substantially the undesirable interferences and instabilities in sensor measurements.
The SEM213 is a cost effective DIN rail mount temperature transmitter that accepts RTD temperature probes (SEM213P) & Thermocouples (SEM213TC) and converts the probe output to the industry standard (4 to 20) mA transmission signal.
A simple push button operation allows the user to select RTD or Thermocouple type, Burnout direction, Select fixed ranges and trim 4 and 20 mA points.
The SEM213 transmitter incorporates the latest digital technology to ensure accurate drift free performance.
The SEM1603 is a programmable DIN rail mounted temperature transmitter which accepts RTD temperature probes (SEM1603P) & Thermocouples (SEM1603TC) and converts their output into the industry standard 4 to 20mA transmission signal.
Designed for ease of use, this range is configured with our USB port powered configuration module. The module interfaces a PC USB port to the SEM1603, using the (4 to 20) mA loop to communicate. Using our free configuration software, you will be able to read the current configuration data, and then perform any changes you wish to make to the configuration. To further help save time, the SEM1603 and configuration module do not need to be wired to a power supply during the configuration process, both are powered by the USB interface on your PC.
The SEM1610 is a programmable DIN rail mounted temperature transmitter which accepts RTD, Thermocouple, mV and passive current signals converts them into the industry standard 4 to 20mA transmission signal.
Designed for ease of use, our direct USB interface is fitted for quick and easy configuration. Just connect a standard USB cable between the SEM1610 and your PC and you’re ready to go. Using our free configuration software, your PC will automatically read the current configuration data and guide you through any changes you wish to make. To further help save time, the SEM1610 does not need to be wired to a power supply during the configuration process, it is powered via the USB interface from your PC.
The SEM315 is a DIN Rail temperature transmitter with HART Protocol. It accepts RTD, Thermocouple, mV and slidewire sensors. The SEM315 has full HART communications protocol which allows the user to quickly and easily down-load information or interrogate the device enabling the following:- Simple re-ranging of sensor type and range Easy on site re-calibration Self documentation Operation with proprietary software packages such as AMS Plant Web™ and Cornerstone™ Remote configuration on the (4 to 20) mA loop with a hand held communicator or with a PC & HART modem Online Digital communication concurrent with a (4 to 20) mA Analogue signal. All the standard HART universal and common usage commands are fully implemented, with other device specific commands that enable access to the enhanced performance parameters of the SEM315.
The SEM1801/2XR ‘smart’ transmitter is designed for use with RTD or Slidewire sensors and converts the sensor signal into an industry standard (4 to 20) mA loop powered output.
Pt100, 500, 1000, Ni, Cu sensors and Slide wire sensors up to 100 K Ohms can be accommodated. Other sensor characteristics or your own 22 point linearisation characteristic (for slidewire or linear resistance) can be downloaded into the product enabling it to be adapted exactly to your application. The product also has a calibrate function where the output can be aligned to the input signal.
The SEM1801/2XR is approved to ATEX and IECEx standards allowing for use in hazardous area applications.
The SEM1801/2XTC Din rail temperature transmitter accepts thermocouple temperature sensors and converts the sensor output over a configured range to a standard industrial (4 to 20) mA transmission signal.
Two versions are available; single or dual channel ATEX / IECEx approved for hazardous areas.
PC configuration allows the user to select TC type, Range, Filter, units, linearisation and Burnout direction, without requiring calibration equipment.
The product also has a calibrate function where the output can be aligned to the input signal.
