Stainless Steel Sensor Fitting. We supply an array of stainless steel fittings & unions complete with nut & olive which are used to connect sensors to thermo pockets, thermowells or direct into the process. Some sizes generally in stock are 1/8"bsp 1.5mm & 3mm. 1/4"bsp 3mm & 6mm. 1/2"bsp 6mm
ABS Plastic, Aluminium & Stainless Enclosure. Enclosures with a wide range of entry sizes and positions. The heads will accept standard connecting blocks and most standard head mounting transmitters. Moulded in general purpose ABS, the external fixing points provide a simple and rapid means of mounting sensors directly onto ducts or walls, dispensing with the need for separate mounting plates.
RTD & Thermocouple Cable. We supply both thermocouple & RTD extension cables. They are supplied in with insulation in either Heat Resistant PVC or PFA or Stainless Steel Braided Fibreglass or Silicone Rubber. The cores are then twisted, screened, and overall sheathed in the same material. RTD & Thermocouple cables are in accordance to IEC colour code.
- Temperature rated as follows Heat Resistant PVC 105°C, PFA 250°C and Fibreglass 400°C for RTD, Fibreglass for Thermocouple up to 750C

The unit is microprocessor based. The sensor type is selected from a simple to use menu system which is navigated by the use of three push buttons located on the rear of the display. This feature enables the user to easily configure the device in the field without the use of any other equipment. The DM640P and DM640TC are sealed into a cap as pictured above. There are several mounting options including the SCH4 series of enclosures and a stainless steel option, the SCH15 which is now available in wall mount versions.
ATEX versions housed in the SCH4 enclosure are available for use in hazardous areas.
DM650/TM - Temperature Indicator With Data Logging, Alarm & Messaging
The DM650TM uses Pt100 or thermocouple sensors together with our latest electronic design and provides higher accuracy, higher temperature range, higher operating pressure and higher ambient stability than the traditional bi metalic or gas filled thermometers.
As it has a low energy electronic design, 1 alarm relay and 5000 point data logging are built in, along with on screen messaging to alert a user to take action.
